    GOALS OF THE PROGRAM

    To identify recently graduated professionals, with maximum of 2 years of graduation, with profiles that are differentiated in the market, which show high performance behavioral and technical characteristics.

    To develop and capacitate young recently graduated people, amplifying their business vision for acting in the organization. To prepare professionals that may assume functions, up to then, supplied by the market, renewing and “oxigening” the organization.

    To provide a facilitator organizational environment, where Clariant’s experient professionals may exchange experiences with the recently graduated.

    To project the image of the organization, potentializing our capacity of attracting new talents to the market.
